Terms
Spacism is built and operated by Spergs, LLC. By using spacism.com you agree to these terms. Last updated: 2026-09-23.
Who we are
“Spacism”, “we” and “us” mean Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. “The site” means spacism.com, including its status page and the data files it publishes.
By using the site you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What Spacism is
Spacism collects the public news feeds of space agencies and space-industry publishers and shows their latest headlines, with short excerpts, each linking to the original article. There are no accounts and nothing to post.
Whose content it is
The articles aren’t ours. Headlines, excerpts and the articles they link to belong to their publishers, and the full story is always on the publisher’s own site. Following a link takes you to that site, under its own terms.
Showing a source doesn’t mean we endorse it, or that it endorses or is affiliated with Spacism. The names of NASA, ESA and the other publishers belong to them; we use them only to say where an article comes from. Excerpts are shortened and may be out of date; the publisher’s article is the authoritative version.
Publishers: if you’d like your feed removed, or an item corrected or taken down, email we@spergs.com and we’ll act on it promptly.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- probe, scan or try to breach the site’s security in a way meant to interfere with it (good-faith security research is welcome; see below);
- run scrapers, bots or load generators at a rate that affects the site for other readers;
- use the site or our name in a way that suggests we’ve endorsed something we haven’t;
- use the site in violation of any law that applies to you or to us.
Our content
The site’s design, text and code (everything except the publishers’ content above) are © Spergs, LLC unless otherwise noted. “Spacism” and its logo are ours. You’re welcome to link to the site and to quote it for commentary or reference.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any feed will keep appearing, or that the news shown is complete, current or accurate. For anything that matters, read the publisher’s original.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spergs, LLC and its officers, members and employees won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the site, even if we’ve been told they’re possible. Where a jurisdiction doesn’t allow these limits, our liability is limited as far as its law permits.
Reporting security issues
If you find a security issue on spacism.com or any Spergs-operated service, please email security@spergs.com rather than posting it publicly. We’ll get back to you, and we won’t pursue legal action against good-faith research that respects user data and gives us reasonable time to fix it.
Changes
If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by emailing privacy@spergs.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
